Once the first product image is reviewed and approved by the client, this serves as confirmation of satisfaction with our style and quality. No refunds will be issued beyond this point.
2. Cancellations:
If you choose to cancel your order before any photography work begins, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the preparation already undertaken.
3. Revisions and Satisfaction:
We offer limited revisions for product images as outlined in your service package to ensure your satisfaction prior to final approval.
4. Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction after approval of the first product image.
No refunds will be given for delays caused by incomplete information, late product delivery, or issues outside of AutoCommerce’s control.
